Throughout my life my grandma, Blanche Thomas, has been an inspiration to me in many ways. These are her cakes that she spent many years and thousands of hours lovingly creating. She was best known for her Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing.  I am so grateful for everything she taught me, both about cake and about life. Enjoy!
