We understand that ordering a cake whether it is for a wedding or celebration can seem overwhelming, so we will try to make it as easy and fun as possible. Here are a few tips and tricks to make sure you get the cake of your dreams.

1. Call us! There is no such thing as "too early". If you are a planner and want to order your cake 6 months to a year in advance we are happy to help. If you need a cake for this weekend, call quick! Cancellations do happen and we may still have some room available.
2. When you call, we will need a few things: your number of servings, and the date of the event.
3. Consultations can be in person or over the phone. Call to schedule a consultation today.
4. Once we have designed your cake, we will email you a sketch of the design for your approval.
5. Once we have an approved design, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. (Note: If you order a cake within 2 weeks of completion full payment is required) 
6. Now we wait.... waiting is always the hard part. During the waiting, if you have questions or changes you would like to make, please don't hesitate to call us.
7. About 1 month before your event, we will email you a reminder invoice for the final payment and to confirm all information.
8. Full payment is required 2 weeks before your event. Please know that if we do not have payment by this time you will likely need to reschedule the delivery/pick up of your cake for our next available date (whenever it may be) or your cake may be cancelled altogether without a refund of your deposit.
9. The day of your event! If you are picking up the cake, we will have an agreed upon pick up time. If you are having it delivered we will be there by an agreed upon scheduled time. (Delivery fees apply)
